Counselling £40.00 per 1 hr session
Coaching £65.00 / €75.00 per 1 hr session

Directions from Dublin Road:
- Proceed down the Dublin road
- Keep straight – you will pass the Quays shopping centre that will be on your right.
- Continue straight
- Take the second turn to the right
- Continue straight
- You will pass St Mary’s High school – will be on your left
- Continue straight – a small housing estate called ‘St Mary’s Villas’ will be on your right.
- Continue straight until you reach a crossroads
- Take the first turn on your left – you will see a red phonebox
- Serene counselling is the first house on the left (new build)
Directions from Belfast Road:
- Continue straight until you come to a mini roundabout.
- Newry Courthouse will be on your right
- Keep in left lane, continue straight until you pass the bank bar which will be on the left
- Continue straight. You will see lydl on your left
- Take the far left lane at the lights
- Continue straight
- You will pass St Mary’s High school – will be on your left
- Continue straight – a small housing estate called ‘St Mary’s Villas’ will be on your right.
- Continue straight until you reach a crossroads
- Take the first turn on your left – you will see a red phonebox
- Serene counselling is the first house on the left (new build)
Directions from Armagh road:
- Proceed down the Armagh road until you come to a busy roundabout
- Take the left lane
- Turn right at the 3rd exist – as though you are heading into the centre of Newry
- Continue straight – you will pass through two sets of traffic lights.
- At the second set, turn left, you will see Newry Courthouse on your left
- Continue around the roundabout and keep in the left lane – you will see the brass monkey in front of you
- Keep in left lane, continue straight until you pass the bank bar which will be on the left
- Continue straight. You will see lydl on your left
- Take the far left lane at the lights
- Continue straight
- You will pass St Mary’s High school – will be on your left
- Continue straight – a small housing estate called ‘St Mary’s Villas’ will be on your right.

- Take the back roads to Newry
- Past St Mark’s High School
- Continue past the turn of for Burren
- Continue straight onto the Grinan Road
- Take the next turn to your right – is clearly sign posted for Grinan Lough Road
- Go straight through the crossroads
- Serene Counselling is the last house on your right (new build) before the red phonebox
